Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Printify Pro. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or engaging with our printing, branding, and design services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

1. Definitions

"Company", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Printify Pro, a commercial printing and branding studio based in Surat, Gujarat. "Client", "You", "Your" refers to any individual, business, or entity using our services. "Services" includes all printing, design, packaging, and merchandise production provided by Printify Pro.

2. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Printify Pro. An order is considered confirmed only when we issue a written order confirmation or invoice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where artwork is deemed inappropriate, infringing, or technically unsuitable for production.

Quotations provided are valid for 7 calendar days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices may change after this period. Any verbal estimates or informal pricing shared before a written quotation is not binding.

3. Artwork and Design

It is your responsibility to ensure that all artwork, images, text, and designs submitted to us for printing are accurate, complete, and do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. We are not liable for any errors in the final output if the error originated in your submitted files.

  • File formats: We accept print-ready PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, and high-resolution JPG/PNG files (minimum 300 DPI).
  • We strongly recommend providing files with 3mm bleed and embedded fonts.
  • Design services: When you engage our design team, the final output is subject to your approval via digital proof. Revisions are included as per the agreed scope; additional revisions may incur extra charges.
  • Proofing: We will provide a soft proof for your review. Once approved, no further changes can be made. You accept full responsibility for any errors that remain after proof approval.

4. Colour Accuracy

While we take utmost care to reproduce colours as closely as possible to the original artwork or Pantone references, slight variations may occur due to the nature of print production, paper substrates, and finishing processes. A difference in colour between the digital proof on a screen and the final printed product is normal due to the inherent differences between RGB (screen) and CMYK (print) colour spaces. We calibrate our presses daily and maintain Delta-E ≤ 1.5 accuracy for most print runs.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified. Payment terms are as follows:

  • New clients: 100% advance payment before production begins.
  • Returning clients (with established credit history): 50% advance, 50% upon delivery.
  • Large projects above ₹50,000: milestone-based payments as agreed in the contract.
  • Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, UPI, and select corporate payment gateways.

GST and any applicable taxes are charged additionally at prevailing rates. Late payments may incur interest at 18% per annum and may result in suspension of ongoing services.

6. Production and Turnaround

Turnaround times mentioned on our website or in quotations are estimates based on standard business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). While we make every effort to meet stated timelines, we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Delays in approval of proofs by the client.
  • Equipment breakdown or power failure.
  • Transportation strikes or supply chain disruptions.
  • Force majeure events.

Rush orders are available at an additional charge and must be confirmed in writing before production begins.

7. Delivery and Shipping

We arrange shipping through third-party courier services across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage during transit passes to the client upon dispatch. We recommend that clients inspect packages upon receipt and report any damage within 24 hours.

Any shipping costs quoted are for standard metro delivery. Remote area charges may apply additionally. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the client.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the delivered product is materially different from the approved proof or contains manufacturing defects attributable to us.

  • Defect claims must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographs of the issue.
  • Upon verification, we will, at our discretion, offer a reprint, a partial refund, or a full refund proportionate to the defective quantity.
  • We are not liable for defects arising from client-supplied artwork, incorrect file setup, or deviations approved in the proof.
  • Order cancellations: Orders cancelled before production begins are eligible for a 70% refund (30% processing fee). Orders that have already entered production cannot be cancelled.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your original artwork, logos, and designs. By submitting artwork to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify the artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

You warrant that you have the legal right to reproduce any and all content submitted. You agree to indemnify and hold Printify Pro harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from the infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights due to your submitted content.

Any design concepts, templates, or creative work developed by Printify Pro as part of design services remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Printify Pro's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific order in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or reputational harm.

11. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, artwork, and business data as confidential. We will not share, sell, or distribute your content to third parties without your explicit consent, except as necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., sending files to a finishing partner).

12. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, including engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with its operation. All content on this website, including text, images, and code, is the property of Printify Pro and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.

13. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

14. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
