General

What services does Printify Pro offer?

We provide a complete range of commercial printing and branding services including digital printing, offset printing, custom packaging design, business cards, large format printing, stickers & labels, custom merchandise, and brand identity design. From a single business card to full-scale packaging campaigns, we handle it all.

Where is Printify Pro located?

Our studio and production facility is located on Ring Road, Surat, Gujarat – 395002. We serve clients across India with nationwide delivery through reliable courier partners.

Do you offer design services if I don't have artwork?

Absolutely! Our in-house design team can create artwork from scratch based on your brief, brand guidelines, or even just an idea. We offer design services for all our print products — from business cards and flyers to full packaging concepts.

Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?

You can place an order by filling out our Get a Quote form, emailing us at hello@printifypro.in, or calling us directly. We'll discuss your requirements, provide a quote, and once you approve, we'll begin production.

What are your payment terms?

New clients pay 100% in advance. Returning clients with established history can pay 50% advance and 50% upon delivery. For large projects above ₹50,000, milestone-based payments are available. We accept bank transfer, UPI, and corporate payment gateways.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cancelled before production begins are eligible for a 70% refund (30% processing fee). Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled due to the custom nature of our work.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! The more you print, the less you pay per unit. This is especially true for offset printing, stickers, and merchandise. Contact us for a custom quote on large volumes and we'll provide the most competitive rates.

Artwork & File Preparation

What file formats do you accept?

We accept PDF (print-ready preferred), Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Photoshop (.psd), EPS, and high-resolution JPEG/PNG files (minimum 300 DPI). For large format, 150 DPI at full size is acceptable. Please include 3mm bleed and embed all fonts.

Will you check my artwork before printing?

Yes. We preflight every file to check resolution, bleed, colour space, and font embedding. If we find any issues, we'll notify you before proceeding. We also provide a digital soft proof for your final approval before printing begins.

How accurate will the colours be?

We maintain Delta-E ≤ 1.5 colour accuracy with daily calibrated presses and ICC colour profiles. For offset printing, we can match specific Pantone spot colours. Please note that colours on screen (RGB) will appear slightly different in print (CMYK) — we'll guide you through this during proofing.

Production & Turnaround

How long does printing take?

Turnaround times vary by product and quantity. Digital printing: 2–3 business days. Offset printing: 4–7 business days. Business cards: 2–3 days (express 24hr available). Large format: 24–48 hours. Stickers: 2–3 days. Merchandise: 3–5 days. Custom packaging: 5–10 days depending on complexity.

Do you offer rush or express service?

Yes! We offer express same-day and 24-hour turnaround on most digital print products, subject to an additional rush fee. Contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Digital printing has no minimum — order as few as 50 business cards. Offset printing typically starts at 1,000 copies. Stickers start at 50 pieces. Merchandise (t-shirts, mugs) starts at 50 pieces. Higher quantities reduce the per-unit cost significantly.

Delivery & Returns

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes! We ship across India with reliable courier services. Metro cities typically receive orders within 1–2 business days after dispatch. Tracking information is provided for all shipments. Remote area deliveries may take longer.

What is your return and refund policy?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the delivered product is materially different from the approved proof or contains manufacturing defects attributable to us. Defect claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. Upon verification, we offer reprints or refunds proportionate to the defective quantity.

Service-Specific Questions

Digital Printing: What's the difference between digital and offset?

Digital printing transfers artwork directly from file to press — ideal for short runs with quick turnaround and no setup costs. Offset uses metal plates and rubber blankets, best for high volumes (1,000+ copies) with superior colour accuracy and lower per-unit costs at scale.

Packaging: Can you design packaging from scratch?

Yes! Our in-house team handles everything from structural design and dielines to full graphic artwork. We only need your product dimensions, brand guidelines (if any), and a brief about your vision. We'll create multiple concepts for you to choose from.

Business Cards: What finishes are available?

We offer matte, gloss, soft-touch lamination, spot UV, foil stamping (gold, silver, rose gold, holographic), embossing/debossing, coloured edge painting, rounded corners, and custom die-cut shapes. Paper stocks range from 300 to 650 GSM.

Large Format: What's the maximum size you can print?

Our wide-format printers handle media up to 2.5 metres (98 inches) wide with virtually unlimited length. For larger requirements, we can tile or panel prints together seamlessly. Common sizes include 6×3 ft, 8×4 ft, and custom dimensions.

Stickers: Are they waterproof?

Vinyl stickers with gloss lamination are fully waterproof and weather-resistant. Kraft paper labels are water-resistant but not fully waterproof. For outdoor use, we recommend vinyl with additional UV lamination for maximum durability.

Merchandise: What's the minimum order for t-shirts or mugs?

The minimum order for t-shirts, mugs, and tote bags is 50 pieces per design. Keychains and badges start at 100 pieces. We also accommodate smaller sample orders — just ask!
